Before and after pictures of a 1915s property in Helsby, Cheshire. The brickwork was repointed incorrectly by a previous contractor causing it to fail, leading to ingress of moisture causing damp on the internal walls. GMT removed and replaced the mortar with the correct materials and technique to solve both the external and internal problem.
