Project Details

Pointing and brickwork restoration to large chimney and gable on Port Sunlight House.

Liaised with the Port Sunlight trust and checked specification to ensure the work was performed within the grade 2 listed buildings consent.

Particular time, care and patience was required with this building as no use of anything mechanical is permitted for such maintenance and repairs, everything was done by hand pick. The lime mortar used was also tinted to match the original, in keeping with this building's aesthetic appearance.
